Phillippe is our Contracts Manager. When you become a client-buyer, or client-seller Philippe will manage the contracts. For Buyers, we require a bank letter verifying your borrowing power. Your contracts along with many other documents will be stored for easy and secure exchange. For our Sellers, documents will also need to be loaded into our DotLoop (document exchange storage center) for all members of the transaction to share securely, easily, and rapidly. Buyers and Sellers I represent will use the DotLoop system and have exclusive and secure accounts. A scanner will be most helpful when loading onto the DotLoop.
